By accessing or using Maitrimony ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Maitrimony.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register. The minimum marriageable age as per the applicable law of your jurisdiction applies. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to marry under the laws applicable to you.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification. Any misrepresentation — including of your identity, marital status, income, education, or intent — will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. Providing false information may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable Indian law.
Membership is available for INR 10,000 per year. Payment must be made in full prior to verification and onboarding. The annual renewal fee is INR 10,000. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Maitrimony does not store your card or banking details.
You agree not to: use the Platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial search; share contact details of other members outside the Platform; harass, stalk, or threaten any member; post or transmit offensive, obscene, or unlawful content; use the Platform for commercial solicitation; create multiple accounts; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with Platform systems.
All content on this website — including the Maitrimony brand name, logo mark, design system, tagline, written content, and code — is the original intellectual property of Maitrimony and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and IP laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Maitrimony provides verification services but does not guarantee the success of any match or marriage. While we take every reasonable step to verify members, we cannot guarantee that all information provided by members is accurate. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maitrimony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
